We’ll go sledding and skate
And have lots of fun.

FEBRUARY 2
February is Month Number Two
When sweet Valentines come
To say “I love you.”

MARCH 3
Windy March is Month Number Three
Won’t you come out to fly
Rainbow kites with me?

APRIL 4
Rainy April is Month Number Four
Sweet April showers bring
Bright flowers galore.

MAY 5
May comes along—Month Number Five
White daisies and roses
Are coming alive.

JUNE 6
Bright sunny June -- Month Number Six
We’ll play on our swing set
And do lots of tricks.

JULY 7
Month Number Seven is July
When firecrackers go pop
And skyrockets fly.

AUGUST 8
Next comes August, Month Number Eight
With our picnics and swimming—
O, Summer is great!

SEPTEMBER 9
September is Month Number Nine
Turning green leaves many
Bright colors so fine!

OCTOBER 10
October is Month Number Ten,
When witches, ghosts, goblins,
And pumpkins all grin.

NOVEMBER 11
November, Eleven, Thanksgiving is here
With turkey and fixings—
Best eating all year!

DECEMBER 12
December, Month Twelve, end of the year
With snowflakes and Snowmen
And Santa comes here.

Each month of the year,
It’s time to start over—
